I wanted to take a moment to introduce Alex Ryabtsev, the new author of the Ukraine Startup Blog.  Alex lives in Kyiv and has run the unofficial Google blog in the Ukraine for more than a year.  He attended the BayView Innovations master program and became inspired to start his own startup.  Welcome to the Startup Network Alex!
